Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Duration: 60 – 90 Minutes
An initial psychiatric evaluation includes obtaining a comprehensive family history, health history, and psychiatric history, along with description of your current symptoms. Lab work or further testing may also be ordered/reviewed at this visit. Upon completion of your history, a diagnosis and treatment plan will be determined.
Medication Management Follow up / brief supportive therapy
Duration: 20 – 30 minutes
Follow up appointments are shorter in duration than the initial psychiatric evaluation. These visits are focused on current symptoms, medication management and brief supportive therapy. Lab work may be ordered and reviewed if necessary.

Please note : If you have out of network benefits, I will provide you will a superbill to submit to your insurance. Upon receiving this, they will send a check to your home typically within 7-10 business days. Payment is expected in full at the time of your appointment. By booking an appointment you are consenting and agree to pay for services rendered regardless of your coverage. You are responsible for finding out your coverage, managing your account, payment for & requesting a receipt for and the balance of your bill for services.
